We know that the food is essential when you are away for a meeting, a seminar or a conference. That is why we always do our best to spoil you with delicious food and cakes, when you stay with us.

Remember that we are always happy to customize the menus, if you have special wishes or preferences. If you wish to treat your participants with a little something extra, please just ask!

Breakfast Buffet

Begin your day in our light and inviting restaurant! Enjoy a delicious breakfast with a spectacular view of the sea and the two beautiful bridges that cross Lillebælt.

Our large and tasty breakfast buffet has everything your heart desires and will leave you ready for the day’s busy schedule.

Seasonal Lunch Buffet

Naturally, it is very important to the chefs in our kitchen that their food tastes amazing. It is equally important, though, that it is beautifully presented and looks appetising.

Every day they serve a delicious lunch buffet made with the best, seasonal ingredients from our region. The buffet includes both cold and warm dishes as well as cheeses and cakes. We care about animal welfare and we love to buy organic.

We are happy to customize our menus to suit vegetarians or people who suffer from allergies – or to others who have special wishes.

“Save the Cake” for Only DKK 45

Every afternoon we serve a large cake buffet with numerous cakes and sweet snacks. Our guests love it and refer to it as “the best cake buffet”. We love cake and we hate to see delicious cake go to waste. To help save the cake, please buy a to go box at the front desk between 4 p.m and 4:30 p.m. Fill the box with your favourite cake from the buffet and bring it home to enjoy with colleagues or family.

The DDK 30 goes directly to the Danish Hospital Clowns organisation. Win-win, isn’t it?

Dinner with Panoramic Sea Views

When the day’s schedule is over, it is always possible to enjoy a nice dinner in our restaurant. The menu is set by Lars, who is our head chef, and it  is based on the season’s best, regional ingredients.

For guest who stay overnight, we always serve a two-course dinner, which is included in the daily rate.

We are always happy to try to accommodate any wishes you might have regarding the menu. Please just ask!
