Breakfast Buffet
We want our guests to feel great! Whether you are here for a meeting, course, or conference, the catering is a big part of the overall experience. We cook with great passion and do our best to create flavorful menus that satisfy both your appetite and senses.
We prepare our meals using seasonal ingredients, and all our dishes include at least one local ingredient sourced from a maximum of 50 km from Severin. This way, we support local partners and ensure freshness and high quality.

Seasonal Lunch Buffet with local ingredients
Our skilled chefs naturally place great emphasis on ensuring that the food always tastes good. Equally important, however, is that the food is beautifully presented and looks inviting.
Every day, we serve a delicious lunch buffet to our conference guests, prepared with fine ingredients from Funen. The buffet includes cold, warm, and hot dishes, as well as cheese and cake. We focus on animal welfare and are happy to purchase organic ingredients, as we also hold the organic food label with 30-60% organic products.
Our kitchen also tailors flavorful dishes for those who prefer gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, or vegan food.

The Best Cake
Every afternoon, we serve a large, inviting cake buffet. Our guests love it and even call it ‘the best cake.’ Every day, our skilled confectioners ensure that at least six different homemade cakes are presented, so you can take a well-deserved break and help yourself to a lavish and beautifully displayed cake buffet.
We do our best to create memorable experiences, and our famous cake buffet is one that you must try on your visit.

“Save the Cake” for Only DKK 45
We are proud of our cake buffet, and we put great effort into presenting it as beautifully as possible for all our guests. Therefore, we are very reluctant to see leftover cake go to waste. That’s why, between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM, you can buy a “To Go box” at the reception for 45 DKK. You can fill the cake box with your favorite cakes from today’s cake buffet and take them home to colleagues or family. This way, you can take a little piece of Severin with you and bring joy to those at home.
When you buy a cake box from Severin, you are also supporting a good cause. The 45 DKK goes entirely to Danske Hospitalsklovne (Danish Hospital Clowns). We think that’s a win-win!
Dinner with Panoramic Sea Views
When the day’s schedule is over, it is always possible to enjoy a nice dinner in our restaurant. The menu is set by Lars, who is our head chef, and it is based on the season’s best, regional ingredients.
If you stay overnight, you can add dinner to your stay by contacting us at the reception – preferably before you arrive – so we can reserve a table for you.
If you book a conference or course at Severin, we can put together a program that includes anything from a single course dinner to a multi-course banquet for your guests.
Of course, we also cater to those who have special dietary requests for the evening’s meal.
