Due to our wonderful location near the sea and forest we have great facilities for all kinds of team building and staff development activities.

We are happy to help you combine the traditional conference with team building activities based on teamwork and communication, stress management, team development and motivation – or what is relevant to you and your staff.

Free team building activities

Find the green “Severiners” – divide your team into smaller groups and start your search for the green “Severiners”. We have numerous green friends throughout the premises – both indoors and outdoors – and they all have their own special story.

The activity case 10 simple teambuilding and communication exercises. Book the activity case prior to your arrival, and we will set it up for you!

Ice-breakers – break activities based on communication, teamwork, coordination, problem solving, project management and creativity.

Teambuiling for big and small companies. Both indoor and outdoor activities are organised. How about a memory game or a high-intensity kayak or drone race? Fieldmore are always happy to tailor the event to match your company.
